Love you more
If you were a fly on our wall today you would hear lots of jumping, running, screaming, and I love yous. Amongst all of the chaos of bow and arrows, tag, football throwing, basketball shooting, nerf gun shooting, water splashing, static from walkie talkies, etc. Comes a slew of I love yous! Z will melt your heart when he hugs you and says I love you mom, to which I often respond I love you more, and we could go back and forth 100 times. We both come out winning with hearts full of love, all before he breaks back into the games of the day. Just last night Z and daddy played with his walkie talkies and as I was listening to the static stream throughout the house I realized the message that was being relayed through the receivers was a very simple but powerful I love you over and over again. Love him!

My Promise to you...
This is how I felt when God gave me you!
I promise as your MOMMY to...
always remember you are a kid and to let you be that kid
know that God put us together because we were right for one another
lead you in God's ways
show you the ropes of the world
teach you to be respectful
teach you how to love and cherish others
walk slowly with you instead of pushing you through
love you no matter what
Love him forever!

Random
John Deere popcicles
dancing
Pontoon
Melia and Mya
snow
Paw Patrol
Pound Puppies
staying home
ketchup and lots of ketchup
chicken, pizza, brownies, peas, spagetti o's, steak, and mcdonald's icecream
Something odd...
he will not eat anything at McDonald's except ice cream and french fries with lots of ketchup
He can now...
say all of his ABC's
Knows all of his colors
Recognizes some letters and numbers
He is also going through a stage where he doesn't want us to ever leave him...ANYWHERE! He doesn't necessarily care if we are playing or if he can even see us, he just doesn't want us to go anywhere. This makes it extremely hard to leave to go to work or for Jason to take him to the sitter, but I know one day he won't mind and I will so here we are enjoying life in the moment.
Love him forever!
